Proper Name for External Lead Qualifier

HI Community, We are looking for to install a external lead qualification team. That team will not only call raw leads and qualify them, but also will send emails in case the prospects cannot be reached via phone. We are now setting up the email address, and i was wondering if we should use a special name for that person (e.g. Rachel Smith). Any advises from your end? Thanks a lot. Wolfgang
