Progressive Profiling

Question - When using progressive profiling, do you have to use the same form throughout or can you use several forms and have the same progressive profiling options set?

For example, say Form A is capturing case study downloads and Form B is capturing white paper downloads. Both are using progressive profiling but if the user downloads the case study and then downloads the white paper, will the white paper form change and use the fields that were not captured on the case study form?

Or should I be using the same form on both the case study page and the white paper page?

Thanks in advance!

Re: Progressive Profiling

The Forms in this case are independent. If you had similar fields and settings for both, you might get someone to see completely new fields each time, but no guarantees. So if both forms had totally different fields, the lead would be asked compltely different questions each time. If you are ok with that, then go for it.

Best to use the same form with progressive = ON and test that first on your own.

Remember that you may irritate your lead with too many questions if the forms end up being close together.
