Progressive Form Fields not showing up if user is in the database

The form fields, including the submit button, don't show up if the contact is already in the Marketo database. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm pretty new to Marketo and have searched everywhere for an answer on this. Thanks!

Check your visibility settings to make sure you don't have the fields hidden: https://community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000LHX8CAO

Also, check under your Form Settings, Settings and look at the If Known Visitor, Show: field. If it is set to Custom HTML, make sure that you have the HTML populated with what you want them to see or change the value back to Form.

It was the Form Settings. It was set to Custom HTML. Thanks, Joe. I never would have figured that one out on my own.
