Progress Funnel for Leads in Engagement Program?

Can someone suggest the best way to go about this? We want to see how leads are progessing through our Engagement program, but since new leads are added at different stages, and new content gets added to the top of the stream all the time, how can I see this? I know you can view "last cast" in the stream to see how many emails were sent in that cast to each piece of content, but can you view this information historically at all?

We're looking at re-vamping the nurture program to be able to get the best reporting possible out of it, any suggestions are most appreciated.

By process funnel, are you referring to their lead stage? Have you configured your lead flow program?

Hey Michelle,

An email performance report will show you cummulative totals for each email (sent, opened, clicked, etc.) so you could filter your report to include only the emails inside the engagement program and see it all summed up there.

You could also time-filter that report by date to align with your cast dates in order to get a sense of "cast-by-cast" performance, if that view was important to you.

But more broadly, just wondering what are the questions you are looking to answer in your reporting? There may be better ways to get at what you want.

So getting a staggered report is a good idea. Maybe that is already an Idea we should vote up.

Another way as Kristen alluded to, is to configure your Engagement Channel (and I'd create a new one) to match the stages you want for the program funnel. Each program is a mini funnel and you decide the stages and success points. You have to remember that nurture has several stages:
  • Entry
  • Progressions...(clicks, engagement, opens, form fills)
  • Exits - Good, Unsubscribed(bad), other "bad", to another nurture
  • Exhausted/paused
