Programs in multiples streams

Hi,

If I add programs within multiples streams in an engagement program. Do I have to have smart campaign for each program or streams to add leads to my streams ? What is the best to plan an engagement program with transition rules based on leads action, add emails or program to each stream ?

Hi Irene, it would probably help to do a little bit of reading on engagement programs, as they can be as complex, or as simple as you'd like.

Josh Hill has written some great guides which you can find here and here, and they should give you some background and ideas where you can start.

Yes, please carefully read all of the documentation, and my guide on this. It's best to map it out in LucidChart or a whiteboard first.

Inserting a child program into an Engagement requires special a campaign within the Program, but the Engagement handles the activation for you.

Yes, you will need some sort of kickstarter to Add to Engagement, but you do not need that for the child Programs in the way you described.
