Is it possible to retroactively mark 'Program Success' date for various programs that are in market if they weren't previously being set? In particular, I'm interested in pulling in the SFDC 'Response' date as the 'Program Success' date. Is that do-able?
You can do this using the "Change program success" flow step.
The difficulty is that you will have to manage this program by program, importing the date in a lead field and processing the leads after import.
The change program flow step is definitely intuitive for program statuses changes *moving forward*. For retroactively updating the program statuses, however, am I reading this right? - I have to do an import (and include SFDC Campaign Responded date as a column)?
For more context, all prospects are already in Marketo.

The 'New success date' field is a custom field I'm creating in MK, uploading data to via an import, and then writing to the Marketo-official -program 'succcess date' field via the pictured flow step.
You will have to process your programs 1 by one, though.
Thanks @Gregoire. What's the benefit of using 'success' datess if one doesn't have RCE? Program analyzer, is very unhelpful, IMO without being able to dump that data. Do you think others agree?
Gregoire, thanks for your help. 1 more question would appreciate your insight on. In catching up my program success, should I also be using 'Change program status -filled out form'? What is that 'flow step' meant to accomplish?
This flow step changes the member status of the lead in the program (which is different from the lead status) and keeps your program performance reporting accurate.

Can this field value change be used for this field's counterpart in SFDC, "First Responded Date"? If not, is there any sort of solution or workaround for getting Success Date (MArketo) and First Responded Date (SFDC) aligned and consistent?
