I am wondering if anyone else has ever experienced a similar issue. We had a list of records we uploaded into a program, some of which were net new leads. The program was synced over to SFDC. Some of the new leads did not sync to SFDC due to an error with a required field. Upon fixing the error, and re-syncing the record, all of the net new leads synced over without the program history, even though in Marketo they are marked with the appropriate program status. Has anyone ever experienced this before & how did they remedy it? Support seems stumped with this one....
To confirm, you have the Marketo Program synced to the SFDC campaign? Sometimes this connection is a bit tenuous, especially with list uploads. You can unsync the program from the campaign and use "change status in sfdc campaign" flow step to add everyone to the correct statuses.
Yes the Marketo program was synced to a SFDC campaign. It turns out we have a lot of backlog in our data sync, meaning we have a 4 day delay.
