Every month I clone an email program to update for the new month - it's a newsletter we do and I have never had trouble cloning this in the past. However, this month as I try to clone the program I keep getting a message that reads "Program clone failed - Failed to clone email batch program."
Has anyone had this happen before? How did you fix it?

Basically just make sure your permissions haven't been changed since you last tried to clone. If they haven't, then you may need to reach out to support.
