Question, is there anyway to not need a password change for a certain user? I am using a pretend person and email account as the marketo sync user and whenever it is time to change the password, it affects the sync.
Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks.

Hi David,
You can disable password resets on the Salesforce side by creating a profile for your Marketo sync user and checking the 'Password Never Expires' option under the Administrative Permissions section.
Hmm just a general question, the sync user has to be one of the active users on the list correct? The user that I believe is the sync user does have password never expires, but I'm still getting this issue
