Preferences Page - Uncheck All Options When You Check Unsubscribe

Hi there - I have ready MANY blogs and tried multiple different javascript codes, but still struggling to get this just right. 

We are updating our preferences page, and if someone checks "Unsubscribe from all" I want all other checkboxes to uncheck.

I tried implementing the code provided by @SanfordWhiteman in this thread: https://nation.marketo.com/t5/product-discussions/subscription-preference-center-page-forms-and-unch... along with many others, with no luck....

Any insight or advice that could be offered would be much appreciated!! 

I'm also very new to javascript, so I might have not implemented the code correctly, or put it in the wrong spot. 😞

There’s no field on that form named variable1, but you have that field name in your config.
