Pre-Populate Fields in Marketo

Hello folks,

What are the different ways Marketo can enable pre-populating of form fields? I'm aware of known leads, social and forms, but are there any other cool ways this can be enabled?

munchkin and jquery should help. see developers.marketo.com. Also reachforce and demandbase provide appending that's helpful at the form level.
