The title of the PDF coming like "Case Study - Pacific Life". I have no idea where is it serving from. I kept the file name as "why-CMDBs-Fail-white-paper.pdf".
The title is an attribute within the PDF content itself (not in Marketo, nor in the filename). If you open it in a PDF editor, you'll be able to change the title.
