Outsource List Cleansing

Hello Community,

Our excel lists have been picking up recently...I was wondering if anyone has suggestions of where to outsource lists to make them upload ready for Marketo? (ex. fix titles, phone number format, punctuation, etc.)

interns, amazon mechanical turk, etc. There are firms in Panama, India, and Manila.

How many records are we talking about? I'd think this would be only useful with a high rate of data.

I've also used Upwork for this type of project and it went really well. My lists usually contained 2000-5000 contacts. The cost is super reasonable.
