Hi all, I noticed recently that the Original Referrer field is not populating in our Salesforce CRM. It is fine in Marketo and seems to be mapped properly. Any suggestions on why this would happen, and how to troubleshoot?

That's the old system, based on the MLM Marketo SFDC Package, that has been terminated about a 18 months ago.
A lot of emails alerts where sent and community discussions ocurred at that time. See Changes to Marketo Salesforce Sync – Under The Hood

Check what is the SFDC API field name of that field. There should be as in the screenshot below:
Anything else will not work.

It's a standard Marketo field that is added to SFDC automatically during implementation, no?

I do notice that 'CRM Field Map' is blank in Marketo for that field however:

Thanks Gregoire, that explains it. I recently inherited this Marketo instance and it looks like it hasn't been properly fed or cared for in some time
