I'm getting an error that I need to enter an answer to register for office hours (What specific questions do you have on this topic?). I've entered my answer and it's still not letting me register. I'm getting the same error! Any help would be great! As we have a very urgent issue that we need assistance on asap.

The last message I've received internally concerning Office Hours is this:
"Office Hours sessions through January are now open for registration on the Community’s New Customer Group Office Hours. Customers can still use the vanity URL https://community.marketo.com/marketoofficehours to be redirected there."
Can you share a screen shot of the error message you're receiving please? I can use it to get the attention of the person in charge of Office Hours. Thanks!

Hi everyone! On behalf of Marketo I just want to apologize for the inconvenience. After some digging around I discovered that there is a character limit on that field which restricts it to 250 characters. Anytime that character limit is breached when submitting you will receive that error message. I've been told this will be made clear going forward. Laura Kaminski Although you were able to attend officer hours regardless, I hope this information comes in handy for future appointments.
