While testing an event program this evening, a member of my team noticed that the "registered for event" trigger campaign didn't react to the form submit. It just placed the member in an "on list" program status. In doing some further testing, I've found that none of our trigger campaigns are reacting to any engagement/activity. Is anyone else experiencing this? Our campaign queue is empty.
Just heard back from Support - they're able to reproduce this on their end as well.

We had the same issues most of today, but everything seems to be back to normal on my end now.
This is now resolved for us as well. Although they haven't been able to identify the root cause and why this continues to happen for some customers every now and then.
