I want to check the whether the user is visiting the web page after submitting the form. I need the lead who are not active in web pages after form submission.(Who submits form and never came back)
I am using 2 campaigns for this purpose.
First campaign:
1)will trigger when user submitting the form
2) Flow: Wait 6 days and request the second campaign
Second campaign:
1) Will trigger when requested and no web page visit in last 5 days
2)Flow: Send mail to user and Will add the leads in smart list
Is there any way to do it better? your suggestion are welocme.
Hi Arunkumar,
That will work, but you could manage it with 1 campaign. Just create a smart list "no webpage visit" with timeframe "in past 5 days". Then your smart campaign will be:
-Greg
Alternatively, instead of making a separate Smart List for "No Webpage Visit", you could use the choices
and
Using the inactivity filter saves the added bulk of an added Smart List.
Hi Roxann,
This will not be covering the need as you will not be able to set the time constraint
-Greg
I considered the time constraint to be implicit in the wait step, and since you didn't specify a time constraint in your Smart List, I assumed you were doing so as well.
Hi again,
You are right! I corrected it
