I'm trying to onboard a new MSI user this afternoon. Every time I've sent/resent the email add-in invite, he gets a message that registration link has expired. He's uninstalled/reinstalled the extension for Chrome and still not fixed. Any ideas how to fix?

Once you've revoked it, give it some time to clear Marketo's back end. Did it end up working in the end after waiting a bit? if it doesn't you'll need to get Marketo Support to clear the system cache of that user's email address.

I would try revoking the license and then issuing it again.
Revoked and tried to reissue, but got this error. 2018-01-09_1639
