Need to update the unsubscribe page

Hi All,

Our current unsubscribe page is set up as below:

When someones click on the unsubscribe link in the email it takes them to a landing page to enter their email address and hit unsubscribe.

I want to add a feature so that as soon as someone clicks on unsubscribe link in the email it unsubscribes the person form marketo instantly and takes them to a thank you page with a survey?

Can I do this in marketo?

Can you? Yes.

Should you?  Absolutely, positively not. Mail scanners that pre-click your links will unsubscribe your leads.  Instant unsubscribe is over for this reason.
