Is there a cut and dried way to pull a Smartlist or Report on all leads that have some kind of Activity? Or conversely, all leads that have no activity? I need a list of all leads who have done something and I'm not sure about the best combination of filters.
Thanks!
Done anything or did specific things?
Do ANY of XYZ filters
or for inactivity:
AND: Not Was XYZ.
Hi Sheena Archer,
For getting the list of leads having some kind of activity, broadly we can consider all leads qualifying for activity filters in a smart list. E.g. the things Marketo tracks by default - you can do this by dragging the activity filters from the search bar in a smart list. As Josh mentions, you'll need to use ANY/AND based on activity/inactivity.
Hope this helps!
