Near Me location finder in forms

Does anyone know how to add a Near Me finder on Forms.

We want users to be able to enter their address and find the nearest office to them. I guess that could be using a google maps api plug in, or a list of offices with their gps coords.

Has anyone done anything like this?

Do all your offices have Google Places IDs?

yes, I think more or all of the offices will have google place ids
