Hi Everyone,
I updated the {{my.Copyright}} token in the universal folder in the "my tokens" to include the 2020 copyright information, and it is showing correctly in the token editor. However, when I place the token into emails, it is showing up as 2019. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Solved! Go to Solution.
I would guess there is an overridden token somewhere in a child folder or program below where you're updating the token in the highest level folder.
In your program(s) where you're seeing the issue, move backwards up the folder/program structure and check the My Tokens tab to make sure nothing is listed as "Overridden" (screenshot below). This Overridden means that token was edited at that layer INSTEAD of above in your parent folder, and any programs that live below your override will read the overridden token value, not the value in the highest "universal" folder.
I'd bet strongly this is what's going on!

Thank you! This worked.
