Multiple Triggers Within a Smart Campaign

Hello!

When slecting multiple triggers within a smart campaign, the lead number under the schedule field defaults to 0. Why is this? I am selecting multiple triggers of the same item, for example "Lead Gen File Name"

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Re: Multiple Triggers Within a Smart Campaign

When dealing with a trigger or multiple triggers, it will always default to 0 because it is listening to the system to see who qualifies for the campaign. Once someone qualifies, they will be put into the flow steps immediately. It won't show you the number who qualify because the system goes right to work when someone has qualified.

If you were to use filters, then you would see a number because the smart list would find everyone who fits the criteria to qualify for the campaign before the campaign is scheduled.

You should also be careful that multiple triggers ALWAYS use OR between the triggers, then Marketo looks at any of the green filters. Thus, any of the triggers will fire off the Flow as long as the lead meets any of the filters.

You should try creating a lead that would meet one or more of the conditions to see if it flows through. If not, then you need to adjust the filters.
