Hi JD,

This would need to be a repeatable process.

Could we still do that with segmentation's if I want the trigger email to be sent immediately after form fill out? I would have to approve the segmentation after every time someone fills out a form then right, which doesn't seem doable to me. Or maybe I am missing something?

The segmentation will update with your record -- but I would still give a 3-5 min delay to make sure everything updates. The main problem with this method is that there is a limit to how many segmentations you can create, so a repeatable process will eventually deplete your options. Might work for now until a better solution is figured out...
