We are testing the MSI Outlook Plugin for part of our sales team to use and if we use the Bcc field it will not register in the activity log in SF. If you send and track an email using Bcc, should it register in MSI and in the activity log? Right now we are only seeing it track in the MSI - Email section when we send as Bcc.
We also are testing this using a template we created - not sure if this will make a difference
Update with Answer:
We were using the wrong trigger: "Is Sent Sales Emailed" is what was needed along with "create task" in the flow
