Salesperson talked to me today and complained that the MSI emails he sends don't show up in the sent folder.
I thought about it and realized that since Marketo sends those emails, it won't show up, so the behavior is correct.
This seller will probably stop using MSI because of this, and I don't really blame him as I use the Outlook Sent box all the time.
Any solution to this?
Can he cc or bcc himself on those emails so he has a copy in his inbox and file those in a special folder?

I don't know if that will go into the SENT BOX, but it could definitely be put into another folder.
Which could be a good workaround, we'll try it out.
