mobile application

How do I access the mobile application? I have already downloaded the app and I can log in however I can't view my events? How do I get access?

Hey Megan, I'm assuming you're referring to the Marketo Events application.

What you need to make sure is that:
  • Your event Has a start and end date
    • You can set the start and end date on the overview of the event
    • This is in the "schedule" area of the main body
  • The event has a "registered" and "attended" status
  • When on the iPad, you need to make sure you're within 7 days of the event for it to be shown
Let me know if you have any questions. I ran into issues in the past and have pretty much figured out the entire application.

To add the Justin F's comments, you need to make sure the program channel is set to Roadshow and that the Marketo user who is logging in to the iPad has their user setting to "Mobile App".

These don't necessarily need be a roadshow. As long as it's an Event with a start end date. We struggled with the Roadshow issue until we figured it was just a start/end date issue.
