Missing CNAME in Landing Page Domain - Troubleshooting

I had my IT person set up DNS entries for landing page and email CNAMEs but now when I go back and enter the LP CNAME in the admin section I get the following error message "Missing CNAME in Landing Page Domain"  Wondering if something wasn't set up correctly on the DNS side? If anyone has experience troubleshooting, would appreciate your insights.

I had the same issue and it was to do with the length of time for 'TTL to expire' and propagate across the internet DNS servers. Ask your IT what length of time the TTL is set to.

It can take 1-2 days for the DNS to see the change, so I suspect the TTL is to blame here.

Can you go to mxtoolbox.com and lookup the items to make sure they are appearing?

Ah,  I just checked it in mxtoolbox.com and it says no records exist. I had IT set this up over a week ago so I'll check with them on the 'TTL to expire' time. Thanks!

Hi. I was reading this and this same issue happened to me as well. Once I find out what the TTL to expire is, how will this help me resolve the issue?
