Wondering if anyone has any insight into this...
When pulling reports for the last month, we see high hard bounce rates in the middle of streams. When these emails initially qualified, shouldn't they have hard bounced in the first few emails (at most) and not qualified for the rest of the stream? We're seeing high hard bounces for emails 5, 6, and 8 for one of our programs, and there's no way for someone to receive those emails without receiving all of the emails that came before it.
Anyone have any insight?
It's possible you were marked as spam. Is your cadence too aggressive? Are you sending Operational emails accidentally?
Also, I recall from HubSpot's science of email that there is usually a drop off after a few days of being subscribed or after X emails, then anyone who stays with you is super engaged usually...
