I am facing one issue while merging the field based on the email IDS.
Merge failure – unable to perform a merge operation in the natively synced CRM. We enabled the feature Marketo Sync User Convert Leads in Salesforce. But still face the issue.
Here are a few key observations:
I elevated a case where both records had the same SFDC type (i.e., Contact-to-Contact or Lead-to-Lead), yet the issue persists.
However, when the SFDC types are different (e.g., Lead-to-Contact, Contact-to-list-Import, etc), the merge completes successfully
