Mediaplatform Integration

Hi,

We are using media platform to host our webcasts and trying to integrate mediaplatform with Marketo. Anyone has done this before? Is there a way to do it?

Is media platform a specific vendor?

If you are hosting pre-recorded media like videos and want to have interactions with those tracked, try a provider like Vidyard or Wistia which have integrations with Marketo.

If you have great developers, you can also use the API to integrate views from a variety of platforms including YouTube.

Thanks for your reply Justin & Kristen.

Its not only pre recorded videos, its for hosting new webinars and events. Registration details and other basic info like poll answers et needs to be sync'd.

Hey Navin, 

Cool thanks for clarifying. I had never heard of Media Platform but looks like an interesting vendor. 

Unfortunately you are going to have a lot of manual work if you are using a vendor without an integration to do webinars with Marketo. The list uploading etc. is a time killer. 

There may be someone clever who has figured out a way to get these systems to talk to each other with APIs, if Media Platform has one. 

My advice would be to use a supported vendor if you can...

That being said, also post an Idea in this community for Marketo to add Media Platform to its list!
