Marketo tracked emails being logged as calls in salesforce

Our DGS team is having a problem with tracking their emails in salesforce. When they send out emails via marketo tracking, the opened emails are being logged as calls through salesforce. Does anyoe know we could fix this so they can be properly tracked as emails?

Is there a flow that is doing this? You should also check Admin > SFDC to turn off activity tracking.
 

It's possible that the default in SFDC is to mark the email as Call. But the subject line should still be Opened Sales Email...
