We use Marketo Sales Insights connected with our SFDC to show additional information about each new lead. Example information: Points history, how the lead received the points, webpage visits, emails they were sent, etc. Unfortunately, only marketing has visibility to Marketo Sales Insights, so our LDR has been sending screenshots of this information. Is there a way that we can export this information in a file to send to sales reps?
Have you embedded the Marketo Sales insight object on the lead and contact pages? Also have you checked to see if the Marketo tab is visible to anyone else?

Hi Jazmine,
MSI plug in in SFDC does not store any information in SFDC, so no, it cannot be extracted from SFDC.
BUT, all this information is in fact extracted from Marketo activity logs. And this information can be extracted using some additional (launchpoint) solutions.
Now, If I may, the LDR are probably the users who would get the higher benefit from MSI, so it might be worth getting them some licenses

Agree that MSI is very useful for LDRs. However, I am seeing many companies who just want LDRs to set up meeting and not use Salesforce extensively. And since SFDC licenses could become a big cost, companies avoid issuing separate licenses to the LDRs.
To put it bluntly, having LDR's calling in leads to qualify them and set up meetings without all the required information at hand to conduct an intelligent conversation is a nonsense. If there is one place where the CRM and MSI justify their costs, it is there. All the more so as you can also use the SFDC/MSI combination to offer LDR the possibility to act on the leads (send them emails, or add them to specific TOFU nurturing campaign). If the companies cannot hear this, then why are they using marketing automation in the first place and why are they hiring LDR's? They should better use a cheap subcontracted telemarketing team to run the calls.

Agreed. And what you just mentioned makes complete sense. It is just that some teams focus on saving costs without considering the tradeoffs.
Adding on to Greg's point, you can leverage the API as well to extract information from Marketo, put it in an excel and email it . But if we just step back, you want to share the information on lead activity with the sales reps. Why can't we use the link to the lead's activity log in Marketo, which does not require to sign in?
I wasn't aware that this didn't require a sign in. Our sales reps do not have access to Marketo, so if there is a way to send it without them needing an account, I think that would be best.
