We have two ipads for use at a forthcoming event.
One ipad shows the event. the other ipad if i log in doesn't show the event?
In fact no Events show in the Events panel.
I have tried different log ins but for some reason the second ipad will not sync to the event.
The channel tags have all been set up to show "Mobile Check In Status"
The ipads are different model versions but other than that can't work out why uit would not work on one but not the other?
Anyone experienced this?
Is the event Schedule set within next 7 days?
Does the login user have ipad in their Role permissions?

yes the event is in 3 days and role permissions are all ok.

Is it the same user or two different users? If it's two different users, do you use workspaces? Do they both have the same workplace visibility?
