Hi team,
I'm trying to load the Email Performance Report in Marketo, but it's not loading. I had applied a smart list to filter for a specific set of people and emails sent between October 2024 and January 2025.
To troubleshoot, I also tried removing the smart list, but the report still isn't loading.
Has anyone else experienced this? Could it be related to data volume, date range, or something else?

Have you checked the Sent Date in Setup tab?
As for me the report is displaying data as expected.
Do you also have any filters turned on in the setup window?
I've had issues in the past where I have a weird folder that has no emails selected in the window that opens to let you select which emails you want for your report.
@Vinay_Kumar Are you using the New Email Designer? Are these emails within another program, such as an event program?
If yes, there are some unintended reporting issues which are being resolved.

I was trying to create an Email Performance Report in Analytics to review email performance over the past three months.
It seems the issue was related to data volume—when I adjusted the date range to fetch the report one month at a time, the reports loaded successfully.
Something seems to be wrong. I applied a new filter — "Was Sent Email contains XYZ" — to the same report, but it’s not loading. After processing for a while, it is returning an error.

You are creating the report in Analytics, have you tried running it in Marketing Activities?
Or try within individual an Email programs to check if the send/delivery can be seen?
No, I didn't try creating it in Marketing activities. I'll try that.

Also, please elaborate whether it was a data size issue or whether the issue was in creating the report under Marketing Activities.
