Are you by chance coming from a competing marketing automation provider?

You may find that Marketo has a different perspective when it comes to a 'journey builder'.

It's probably going to be best if you retain a consultant/agency who can bootstrap your, er, journey to understanding journey recording + visualization w/Marketo.

It's far too deep a topic for a Community thread (though you can learn a lot by reading over the hundreds of older threads related to the topic).
