Hi folks, our team noticed an issue yesterday (5/21) where confirmation emails are not being sent post form submission. We have not made any changes that would change email send functionality. Is anyone else also experiencing this issue of deliverability?
You’ll need to provide more information. Please show screenshots of your Smart Campaign setup, past behavior, and current behavior.
As Sandy said, we need some more information on your setup, but the first thing I would check is if you set the confirmation email to Operational. If it isn't, it would be subject to Communication Limits. Especially if you're testing with the same email address, I could see Communications Limits as the culprit.
Hi @espringer If confirmation emails are not sending after form submission in Marketo, there could be a few possible reasons:
1) Ideally confirmation email should be operational but check if it is not then may be communication limit can be the one reason.
2) Make sure campaign should be set up correctly and smart list should be calling correct form and landing page and flow step should include correct confirmation email.

Considering your comment that nothing has been changed & presuming this trigger campaign was working alright before 21/5,
Just check your Campaign Queue, there might be a case that lot of your other Trigger campaigns are already under process & this could be a possible cause of delay.
If this is the first time you are setting this campaign & its not working you can try on other solution mentioned earlier in this post.
