Hi everyone,
A problem my team is currently running into is planning out Marketo implementations ahead of time. As I'm sure you are all aware standing up a landing page, smart lists, flows, emails and everything in between takes time and often relies on multiple members of the marketing team.
I was wondering if anyone has any best practices or planning docs they use with their teams that outline what backend is required for a campaign or initiative that the team can fill out before sending to operations for set up. Hopefully this will help to remove some of the ad-hoc Marketo setups that tend to happen.

In addition to the planner, you should setup Program Templates that are pre-built and clonable. Put them in a folder called 95. - Program Templates.
Use Tokens to be able to churn out these fast by dropping in replacable areas quickly.
