Hi,
I am looking to see if Marketo offers a native calendaring system to implement within emails directly
Jason,
Not out-of-the-box, but Marketo does integrate with Launchpoint partners that can achieve this functionality.
Thanks Devraj - Do you have any recommendations on which app/integration works best? Any experience with this?
I really think you should lay out your requirements in full... "to implement within emails directly" could mean many things.
I am thinking of the use case provided below:
Use case: Within the body of an email we can list a number of available time slots for appointments showing days/times/dates. End user can select the preferred time directly within the email. We receive a notification concerning the selected time.
This information syncs with Marketo as well as SFDC and logs the activity into the record.
Is it a requirement to have specific dates and times populated in the email? It might be more trouble than it's worth to try to get that content to dynamically populate.
Lets say, for example, you have time slots a,b, and c displayed in your email because they are available at the time of deployment but since your email has deployed slots a and c have been filled. Any user that tries to book slots a or c will have to be re-directed to the general calendar anyway to search for an alternative time.
There are a couple partners that offer this functionality. Time Trade is one that comes to mind. You can include a link directly to a specific sales reps calendar.
Thanks Joseph! I will look into Time Trade - sounds like what we are looking for.
