I'm trying to integrate Marketo with a CRM that requires your IP address to be on a whitelist to access the server.
It looks like the Marketo API is having trouble communicating with the server at the moment and my only guess is that's because of the firewall.
Where can I go to find out what IPs need to be whitelisted on the CRM server?

Thanks for the quick reply. That doc only mentions whitelisting sender IPs for Marketo mailservers. I don't see anything on their about the Marketo API or is that included in those ranges?
Which CRM are you connecting Marketo to?

I am not familiar with the integration of SugarCRM and Marketo, but if you're implementing Marketo, do you not have an Implementation Manager at Marketo to walk you through the process?
If you have already implemented, I would open a case with Support .
