Hey,
We recently integrated our Okta SSO with Marketo app using Okta Marketo app.
Most of the users can sign in. However, a few of them got an error: "Error processing SAML message. Request was ill-formed in some way."
I've tried to clear the cookies and verified that the email is the same in Marketo, but it didn't solve this error.
What might be the way to fix this issue?

Hi,
Issue was solved via contacting Marketo support. Few users accounts has been locked, and only Marketo support is able to see and unlock those accounts
I found a thread in the Okta Community regarding this error. Have a look at it here and see if you're able to resolve your error based on the suggestions in it.
