Re: Managing multiple Accounts/Companies on a Contact

Are there any ideas or standard processes that other organization have followed to solve when there is multiple Accounts for the same Contact.
We currently sync all of our Account data from SFDC to the Contacts in Marketo.
We are trying to figure out what to do when a Contact submits a form with different Account information to what we currently have in SFDC for that Contact.

Is the recommended approach to create a set of new custom Account fields to capture the "user entered Account" and thus manage 2 sets of Accounts for all Contacts ?

Fergel, we have this requirement, we have a few job title types that support various different accounts, so the lead is legit, however, we have used an existing field to identify the vertical niche with which this occurs and can then segment through a smart list if needed to identify these targets/accounts appropriatley. Would like to hear any other suggestions as well.
