Looking for an Event Management App with Marketo Integration

Hello everyone,

I’m looking for an event management app that can easily integrate with Marketo so I can have all the leads from my in-person events and trade show-style events directly in Marketo once they are registered.

Does anyone know of an app with a user-friendly and customizable interface?

The ones I have found so far are:

Attendease

Has anyone tried them? Do you have any suggestions?

Can you list the exact features you need that make a Marketo LP+form insufficient for this?

We need both our sales team and our guests to have access to an app where they can find all the presentations and upcoming events. Additionally, we need to track all user interactions. For this reason, a simple landing page wouldn't be sufficient—we would need a full website. Even if we were to create a website, we would still need a hyperlink, but our sales team and clients wouldn’t be able to download it.

I've used Cvent with several different companies, and I've noticed similar issues across the board. While they aim to make many things customizable, the reality is that users often don't have as much control as they need. In many cases, you end up relying on their additional services to get the most out of the platform. Because of these limitations, I don't recommend Cvent. Instead, I've been looking into Rainfocus. I don't have personal experience with it yet, but I've heard good things about the tool and it seems to be a more user-friendly alternative.
