Loading a Smart List with a SFDC Campaign HELP

I am trying to build a smartlist using a SFDC Campaign and when I try to load it I can select the SFDC campaign but when I look at the leads list it is blank...  No Leads Found.

I do not need Marketo and SFDC Campaign to sync I just want the SFDC campaign to populate the smartlist to send the email.

Thanks

Re: Loading a Smart List with a SFDC Campaign HELP

Hi Ryan,

This is indicative of the campaign member records being unavailable in Marketo.  This has two typical causes.  First, the campaign was recently created, and the campaign member records have not had a chance to sync down to Marketo.  Second, the campaign or campaign member records were not visible to your sync user at one point, and then later became visible.  This required a SystemModStamp update to the records in SFDC, at which point to Marketo batch sync will pull them down, assuming that they are now visible.

There are other potentiall causes, but they are significantly more complex.

Hey Ryan,

In the SFDC, is the "active" field ticked?

+1 for Kim, but also....

Are you using Member of SFDC Campaign IN X, Status = ??

Can you verify there are members in SFDC?

Are those leads also in Marketo?
