Any suggestions on Live Chat workflow. We love the interface but rely in SFDC to pull the data in and the SDR's to save the transcript to sync and run through the Smart Campaign. Even then they have created the opp converted the lead in the sync time and then the contact and Opp will not show in our SFDC campaign since the primary contact role it sync'd after lead conversion.
You have to run this before the Opp then, or create Apex workflow to fix the SFDC side of the attribution for Primary Campaign.
The apex work flow is not a Option we have no one trained to code in it at this time... Sigh
