Anyone else seeing connectivity issues where List Uploads take forever, stall out out just don't complete?

Please file a Support Ticket so the team can investigate. You can also check status.adobe.com to see if there are any reported issues (there is one for a subset of Marketo customers as of the time of this comment).
Thanks @Steven_Vanderb3 ! I did check the System Status 1st. As far as submitting a Ticket, that too is not operational for me. 😞

If Marketo is trying to process more smart campaigns at one time than it has processing power for, it will de-prioritize some smart campaigns until the others have finished.
