List of Marketo certified digital agencies- Poland. Can you recommend anyone?

Hi there, 

I am looking for Marketo certified partner/ digital marketing agency in Poland, Europe. 

I cannot get any response from Adobe or be able to contact them. My first contact attempt failed, someone called, had 0 knowledge, then the cut contact. 

Can you recommend any marketing agency that is Marketo certified partner and Poland based?
