Hi there,
I want to be able to filter out existing duplicates that are SFDC contacts from my nurturing and email sending campaigns.
In order to do that I want to change the possible duplicates list to contain duplicates (let's say by email address), and at least one of the duplicates is a SFDC type contact.
Can anyone think of a way to do this?? If I add in a filter of contact, it only leaves duplicates where both marketo leads are SFDC contacts.
Thanks!
Tamar

Hi Tamar,
Create a smart list with the following fliters:
-Greg
Thanks so much!
Pls mark it as answered, so that it gets out of the radar

Tamar - You can't edit the Possible Duplicates system smart list, but you can make your own smart list. It sounds like the criteria you want is all SFDC Contacts that are duplicate by email address. So the smart list would be two filters: Possible Duplicates: Email Address and SFDC Type is Contact
Hi Tim,
Sorry to say this will only give you the duplicates between 2 contacts, not the contacts that are duplicates with either a lead or a contact.

Gregoire - You're right! I read it as only wanting SFDC Contacts.
