leads whose score changed most

I`d like to know top 100 leads whose scores changed most(both up and down) every month this year.How can I get that ?

That would not be possible. I'd suggest you use the URgency value to help, but it is not per month, it is just based on recent changes.

Perhaps another BI tool could help with this analysis.

Can I ask what your goal is? What will you do with these leads?

We have a report shows total lead number of all score level(<0,0~30,30~100.>100).

The numbers changed a lot on Autumn and September.

We wanted to know what happened.

So I`d like to know whose score changed and dig in what happened to those leads.
