My annual subscription renewal campaign is set up based on the correct answer in this thread. A customer replied to one of the emails asking to be be taken out of the campaigns. How can I create a remove from flow campaign for one off requests and affecting multiple smart campaigns?
Well, you can run a single flow action on the lead to Remove from Flow on Campaign X.
But if they reply to the email, this is NOT automated at all. You'll have to manually do this.
I usually use Goals and Exits to manage flows like this, but it only works if a field is updated.
